Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Bailey Enterprises websites, applications, dashboards, prototypes, APIs, tools, documentation, and client services unless a separate written agreement controls.
Service identity and relationship
Services are operated by Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises, within the broader GLC / Gwyn Legacy ecosystem. Additional written agreements, statements of work, BAAs, DPAs, order forms, or client contracts may supplement or override these general terms.
Acceptable use and account responsibilities
You are responsible for your account access, submitted information, credentials, authorized users, and activity under your accounts or systems. You must not misuse services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, submit unlawful content, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
Prototypes, beta tools, and availability
Some services may be prototypes, beta tools, research systems, experimental dashboards, or early-stage infrastructure. They may change, fail, be rate-limited, be discontinued, or produce incomplete results. Service availability is not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
Professional advice disclaimer
Information provided through this website, application, dashboard, prototype, or service is for general informational, operational, research, or business purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional clinical advice unless separately agreed in a written contract.
Do not use this website, application, dashboard, form, or service for medical emergencies, safety emergencies, crisis situations, or urgent support needs. For emergencies, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional.
Intellectual property and client materials
Audia Systems LLC and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, code, systems, designs, documentation, know-how, and platform components. Clients retain ownership of their submitted materials unless a written agreement states otherwise. Project deliverable ownership, licensing, and reuse rights should be defined in the applicable written agreement.
Payments, termination, disclaimers, and liability
Fees, deposits, subscriptions, refunds, and payment schedules are governed by the applicable invoice, checkout, order form, or written agreement. Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal risk, or violation of these terms.
Services are provided as-is except where separately promised in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service during the period stated in the applicable agreement.
Any governing law, venue, registered-office, or service-specific legal terms for a paid engagement will be stated in the applicable written agreement, statement of work, invoice, or order form.
