Prohibited use

  • Illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, privacy invasion, or rights violations.
  • Spam, phishing, credential attacks, scraping that violates terms or law, bot abuse, rate-limit abuse, denial-of-service activity, malware, ransomware, or command-and-control activity.
  • Unauthorized security testing, vulnerability exploitation, privilege escalation, data exfiltration, reverse engineering of protected systems, or attempts to bypass controls.
  • Misuse of health, research, clinical, educational, nonprofit, or operational systems, including submission of unauthorized PHI or regulated data through general forms.
  • Content or activity that creates safety risk, emergency reliance, unlawful discrimination, or material harm.

Responsible security research

Good-faith vulnerability reports are welcome through the Security page or Support page. Do not access, modify, delete, copy, retain, or disclose data that is not yours. Do not disrupt services, perform destructive tests, or publicly disclose issues before reasonable remediation coordination.

Enforcement

Audia Systems LLC may limit, suspend, terminate, block, preserve, or report activity that appears to violate this policy, creates security risk, violates law, or threatens users, clients, infrastructure, or data.
